Here is a recipe I found and adapted:
Nummy Baked Chicken:
greased
9x13 glass pan
4-5
whole chicken breasts, skinned- place in pan
Mix:
2 TBSP Dijon-style mustard + 2TBSP melted butter (or coconut oil)+ 1TBSP dried
tarragon. Brush mix onto chix breasts.
Bake
at 350degrees til meat no longer pink inside (about an hour)
